More Dispute Decisions Published

The Eurid ADR site now lists a total of three decisions, with all three complaints being denied.
The Eurostar debacle had already been subject of a French court hearing earlier this year.
On both occassions Eurid’s awarding of the domain in question was upheld on the basis of the “first come, first served” rule.
