Preliminary Agenda For Domaining Europe Released

The preliminary agenda for Domaining Europe has been released.

The event runs over 3 days, with day 1 (Sunday) being dedicated to networking and 1 to 1 meetings.

Monday and Tuesday are themed, with Monday focussing on .com and “legacy” domains, while Tuesday’s focus will switch to new TLDs and future rounds.

There will be a variety of talks covering:

  • European domain industry
  • aftermarket domains
  • Legal issues
  • ICANN participation and why it’s important
  • Monetisation
  • Parking
  • Brand TLDs
  • Future rounds of new TLDs
  • Geo and city TLDs

There’ll also be a live auction which hopefully will be energetic!

Unlike previous years, the event will be held in The Hague.

Disclosure: I’ll be speaking at the event and my company is one of the sponsors
