Extreme right-wing hate site Daily Stormer is being booted by registrar GoDaddy.
GoDaddy responded to various tweets over the weekend stating that they had given the website operators 24 hours to find a new domain name registrar:
We informed The Daily Stormer that they have 24 hours to move the domain to another provider, as they have violated our terms of service.

It’s not 100% clear if the site itself was being hosted by GoDaddy, as it relies on Cloudflare for DNS and CDN, which also masks the site’s location. So far CloudFlare have not taken any action. According to the current whois output for the domain name it’s in the process of being transferred to another registrar:

While the site has always attracted controversy, it was a recent post about the death of Heather Heyer over the weekend that outraged many internet users:

Ms Heyer was killed when a car rammed a crowd in Charlottesville on Saturday.
While the site is in search of a new host / registrar it has also allegedly come under attack by hacktivists “Anonymous” who allegedly have managed to gain access to at least part of the site’s content management system, if not the server in its entirety.
However the “attack” is a little odd, as the offending article, along with all the other offensive content has not been removed or modified. At least one Twitter account linked to Anonymous is claiming that the hack is a “false flag” from the website’s operator:

The website is one of many run by the extreme right that were involved in this weekend’s violence in Charlottesville.
