SnapNames Live Auction – Mac Users Not Welcome

January 19, 2008 by Michele Neylon

Anytime I go to an industry event I find myself surrounded by fellow Mac users. I don’t know what proportion they make up, but it’s not insignficant.

Next week’s auctions at DomainFest are being held “live” both online and at the venue.

If you want to take part in the online auction and use a Mac SnapNames obviously don’t want your business, as the online auction requires special software which is only available for Windows.

If you have an Intel based mac and a spare xp license then go for boot camp.

Although it is a lot of work to go through for an auction.

Just consider is SnapNames doing their part into convincing you to use a “proper” computer rather than simply a trendy gadget 😉
