Eurid Rolling Out IPv6 On Production Services

March 5, 2012 by Michele Neylon

Eurid the EU registry - logo (black on white version)Eurid, the registry operator for .eu, has announced that it will be rolling out IPv6 across its remaining websites, including the registrar extranet.

The registry operator is currently running its main site on both IPv4 and IPv6.

All sites should be 100% dual-stack from May 2nd 2012.

Unfortunately it does not look like they’ll be offering the full range of services such as WHOIS etc., over IPv6 until later this year.
