Joss Whedon’s Brilliant Anti-Trump PSA Features a Host of Stars and a new TLD

September 21, 2016 by Michele Neylon

Joss Whedon with Mark Ruffalo

Joss Whedon has made it clear more than once that he has little time for Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump. He’s not alone and to underline this Whedon has gathered together a really impressive array of stars in a clever and witty PSA that encourages people to vote – but not for Trump.

The video features Robert Downey Jr., Mark Ruffalo, Julianne Moore, Nathan Fillion (Castle), Clark Gregg (Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.), Jesse Williams (Grey’s Anatomy), James Franco (11.22.63), Neil Patrick Harris and Cobie Smulders (How I Met Your Mother), Taran Killam (Saturday Night Live), Yvette Nicole Brown (The Odd Couple), Tom Lenk (Buffy the Vampire Slayer) Bradley Whitford (Transparent), Keegan-Michael Key (Key & Peele), Matt McGorry (How to Get Away With Murder), Randall Park (Fresh Off the Boat), Ashley Johnson (Blindspot), Stanley Tucci (Fortitude), Leslie Odom Jr. (Smash), Don Cheadle (House of Lies) and Martin Sheen (Grace and Frankie) and directs everyone to SaveTheDay.Vote

Here it is:

Nice use of a .vote, though I suspect Trump supporters won’t agree…
