Centralnic Head Honcho Announces Immediate Retirement

Centralnic’s CEO Ben Crawford announced his immediate retirement earlier today.

I have made the difficult decision to make my 14th year at CentralNic PLC my last, and to take retirement. I wish to thank everybody who played a role in the extraordinary success of the company.

He also tweeted that the role of CEO would be filled by the Groups’s CFO Michael Riedl.

In a press release later this morning the company announced that they’d be promoting Michael Green from Finance Director to CFO to replace Riedl.

They’re also going to be initiating a share buyback , though details of this haven’t been disclosed yet. An announcement is expected before year end.
