Centralnic has been on an acquisition trail for the last couple of years and has been happily gobbling up as much as possible. Earlier today it was announced that they've just acquired New Zealand based IWantMyName (Ideegeo). Key Systems Takes Over AlpNames’ Domains

ICANN is transferring all domains from defunct registrar AlpNames to the Key Systems group of companies. Centralnic Acquiring Key Systems for $35.8 Million

Centralnic's merger with KeyDrive SA, parent company to Key Systems, was officially announced this morning.
