ICANN vs Epag / Tucows: German Court Rules Against ICANN

Last Friday ICANN took German registrar EPAG to court in Germany. German courts seem to be pretty fast, so instead of having to wait weeks or months to see how they'd rule, we've already got the answer. Tucows have announced the acquisition of German registrar Epag: EPAG, based in Bonn, Germany, is an ICANN-accredited registrar with over 400,000 domains under management and is notable for offering over 200 Top Level Domains (TLDs). Tucows Takes Over Parava’s Domains

Tucows is taking over the 33 thousand odd domains that were under the accreditation of Parava.The full announcement of the transfer on the ICANN site includes contact details and more. OpenSRS Culls Expired Domains Program
