Nominet Non-Executive Board Election 2012

Nominet’s board elections for 2012 are kicking off today.

Up for grabs are two non-executive board posts, though both of the current board members whose seats are being vacated are also standing for re-election.

The timeline is pretty simple:

  • Nominations open – 5 March
  • Closing date for nominations – 19 March, 12.00 noon
  • Voting commences – 16 April
  • Voting closes following AGM – 16 May, 12.00 noon

Only Nominet members can nominate people for positions on the board and members get to vote. However you do not need to be a Nominet member to be nominated or elected.
