ICANN normally announces details of the next meeting towards the end of the most recent one, so at the end of ICANN 43 they published information on ICANN 44. ICANN To Publish Applicants On April 30th

In a press release yesterday ICANN has stated that they will publish the list of applicants for new TLDs on April 30th. Previously many had spoken of a "big reveal" on May 1st, though that would have coincided with a public holiday in many countries and might have been "missed". The 44th ICANN meeting will take place from June 24th to June 29th 2012 in Prague. Registrations opened earlier this evening, as the 43rd ICANN meeting draws to a close. A couple of hours ago ICANN put their new site design "live". In an email sent by ICANN's Director Marketing and Outreach, Scott Pinzon, an overview of the site's new features was announced. CORE Wins Contract For .Sport Bid
