July 30, 2012 by Michele Neylon

I'm not 100% sure if this is "news" or I simply didn't spot it until now ... In any case DotNxt has published the full list of speakers for their conference next month in London. The conference had originally been scheduled to take place prior to the Prague ICANN meeting, but with so many delays in the new TLD program the conference organisers postponed it. Irony: Centralnic Create Brand Confusion With New Company Brand Name

July 19, 2012 by Michele Neylon

I guess this was inevitable. There are a bunch of domain and internet related companies out there that have totally forgettable and unoriginal names. At some point there's going to be confusion between two or more of them. But you'd also think that any sane company would do a small bit of due diligence to avoid these kind of conflicts when registering a limited company … [Read more...] about Irony: Centralnic Create Brand Confusion With New Company Brand Name

This weekend the 44th ICANN public meeting kicked off in Prague. Yesterday's big news came early in the morning with the announcement that "Digital Archery" had been "suspended".
