Chilean Country Code Domains Breaks 700k Mark

The .cl domain name registry for Chile recently hit a milestone. There are now over 700 thousand .cl domain names registered. (At time of writing 700338). IGF 2016 Local Host Site Launched

LACTLD Appoints Andrés Piazza General Manager

LACTLD has announced that the appointment of Andrés Piazza as General Manager. Piazza will take up the post formally from April 1st 2016. ICANN Cancels Meeting In Panama City Due To Zika Virus

Earlier this evening ICANN announced that the scheduled meeting in June 2016 will not be held in Panama City. The cancellation of the meeting and its change of location is due to concerns related to the recent outbreak of the Zika Virus.
