What is the total cost of an ADR Dispute?

September 28, 2006 by Michele Neylon

Has anyone got any figures (even approximate ones) on the total cost of a successful ADR?

I’m working on the basis that you would need to include:

– domain registry costs
– ADR process costs
– legal advice
– research (could be included with above or separate)
– time

Any input would be welcome

Filed Under: adr, Eurid, Statistics, trademark

    Thanks for that.

Your costs on translation and legal costs seem very low. How many pages were you getting translated?

    Michelle,
Usually it is enough to translate 10 pages : 6-7 pages of a complaint and 4-5 pages of attachments (mostly trademark certificates). In Poland where our company is based the translations are not expensive as well as the legal services.

It would be a lot more expensive in Ireland 🙂
