The .nz ccTLD’s policies are managed by the Domain Name Commission, who I’ve mentioned previously.
They’re currently conducting an open consultation on dispute resolution in the .nz name space. The consultation is made up of both online and offline options, so that stakeholders get plenty of opportunity to provide input.
You can read about the current policy and process for .nz disputes here. One obvious oddity is that they seem to allow complaints about sub-domains, which is rather odd in my view.
Interested in having you say?
There’s a simple enough survey available via their site, as well as the option to submit a more detailed comment.
The consultation runs from now until 23 August 2019.
