ICANN Sets Firm Launch Date For New TLDs

ICANN CEO Fadi Chehadé has announced a firm date for new TLD launch. In a video interview, with Brad White, Fadi Chehadé put April 23rd as a date when the first new TLD could be delegated. Portuguese ccTLD Board Resigns

The board of FCCN, the entity which runs the Portuguese ccTLD (.pt) has resigned en masse. ICANN Compliance Sends Breach Notices To 10 Registrars

ICANN's Compliance team has been busy.This evening they published 10 breach notices that had been sent to registrars. Demand Media has announced its acquisition of registrar Name.com Demand Media already owns eNom, which is a reseller / wholesale registrar. PIR’s New Year Message – .Org Price Increase Coming July
