Dotme Registry Reports Stellar Growth

October 25, 2012 by Michele Neylon

The .me domain name registry is growing from strength to strength.

Earlier today they issued a release in which they reported their latest growth figures.

They’ve not only surpassed the 650k domain name mark, but they’re also the fastest growing ccTLD (country code top level domain) in Europe according to the latest CENTR report.

The registry’s head honcho, Predrag Lesic, is firmly committed to their positioning as the choice for personal domains:

“A .ME name is the only domain extension that allows people to easily say ‘this is me, this is who I am’ on the Web. It’s a unique way for people to truly personalize and control their online presence.”

The registry recently launched a social media based campaign on Facebook and Twitter – “Comedy Cagematch” as well as a new video starring TJ Miller.
