Centralnic Acquiring Key Systems for $35.8 Million

Centralnic’s merger with KeyDrive SA, parent company to Key Systems, was officially announced this morning. Centralnic Sunsetting Several SLD Extensions

Centralnic has announced  that they will be “sunsetting” several of their SLD based extensions.
